Two maintenance changes reached installation, but neither justified a broad readiness claim. Session persistence support and connector maintenance each needed their own receipt and limit.
The guarded DSH session backport reached the recorded PROMOTED_AND_VERIFIED state, with focused core checks passing and all 20 preference-namespace fingerprints matching after installation.
The loader check passed with the relevant entries disabled and unmounted; the promotion recorded zero provider turns and zero session sends.
A separate security-update receipt records two inventoried cloudflared binaries upgraded from 2026.10.0 to 2026.10.4 with official digest checks, followed by one restart of the existing running connector.
The connector receipt records successful TLS-verified checks of eight public roots from Windows, while probes from the connector environment continued to return 403.
The session backport did not establish provider execution, two-message continuity, or physical Safari behavior. Its full legacy test suite remained unqualified, and the matched complete settings baseline was approximately 39 hours old. The connector update covered the inventoried installations only; other hosts were not reviewed. Reachable roots do not establish every application behavior.
The later Phase65 qualification at 20:37 EDT recorded 45 passing Node tests and 42 passing rc.2 persistence tests plus one skipped test, using a synthetic provider and staged service bindings. It recorded zero physical provider sends and established no successful live continuity.
